By accessing or using the website, mobile applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform") provided by Maanthan Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Maanthan", "Company", "We", "Us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use this Platform. By using Maanthan, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate.

Maanthan provides a digital ecosystem for:

• Candidates: Job searching, profile creation, and "Integrity-Verification" services.
• Recruiters/Employers: Job posting, resume database access, and talent sourcing.
• Verification Services: AI-driven vetting and background credentialing.

• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify Maanthan immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accuracy: Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Maanthan reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide misleading or "fake" information.
• Prohibited Use: You may not use the Platform for any fraudulent or speculative purposes, including "data scraping" or harvesting contact details for unauthorized marketing.

• Profile Visibility: You acknowledge that by making your profile "Searchable," your professional data will be visible to registered Recruiters.
• Integrity Verification: By opting for verification, you grant Maanthan permission to use AI tools and third-party databases to validate your credentials.
• No Guarantee: Maanthan does not guarantee that using the Platform will result in a job offer or employment. We are a facilitator, not an employer (unless specifically stated in a staffing contract).

• Data Usage: Recruiters agree to use Candidate data solely for the purpose of filling specific job vacancies. Selling or redistributing Candidate data to third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate legal action.
• Job Postings: You represent that all job postings are for legitimate, existing vacancies. Postings for "get-rich-quick" schemes, multi-level marketing (MLM), or illegal activities are forbidden.
• Subscription & Payments: Fees for premium services, database access, or job postings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).

• Ownership: All content on the Platform, including logos, software, AI algorithms, and "Integrity-Verification" frameworks, is the exclusive property of Maanthan Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
• Limited License: Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for personal or internal business recruitment purposes only.

Users agree not to:

• Use any automated system (robots, spiders) to access the Platform for data mining.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to disrupt Platform functionality.
• Post defamatory, obscene, or infringing content.
• Bypass or attempt to bypass any security features or access controls.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. MAANTHAN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY OF CANDIDATE RESUMES, THE LEGITIMACY OF RECRUITER POSTINGS, OR THE UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maanthan Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising from your use of the Platform or the hiring decisions made through it.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maanthan, its directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

Maanthan reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at its sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company's business interests.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
