This Privacy Policy is issued by Maanthan Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Maanthan", "We", "Us", or "Our"). It explains how we collect, process, store, and protect digital personal information when you visit our website or use our talent ecosystem services under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

When a particular use of your personal data requires consent, we will explain that purpose at the point of collection and provide a clear mechanism to grant or withdraw your consent. Simply reading or browsing this website does not replace a specific, affirmative consent request.

We collect information you provide directly, data generated through platform usage, and information evaluated by authorized executive search partners and recruitment consultants. This includes:

• Account & Contact Data: Name, primary email address, mobile number, login credentials, and account preferences.
• Talent Passport & Career Information: Resumes/CVs (PDF uploads), employment history, educational qualifications, skill vectors, salary expectations, notice period, and preferred work locations.
• Optional Profile Links: Information you choose to add, such as pasting your LinkedIn URL or uploading certificates. Maanthan does not automatically scrape or extract data from external third-party platforms.
• Technical, Analytics & Session Data: IP address, device identifiers, session timestamps, Mobile One-Time Password (OTP) verification records, and aggregated user interaction data via analytics providers (Google Analytics and Mixpanel).

The Maanthan platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect or process digital personal data of minors.

To analyze traffic, understand user engagement, and optimize candidate-employer matching algorithms, Maanthan utilizes third-party web analytics services:

• Google Analytics: Collects aggregated, anonymized data regarding site traffic patterns, browser types, and referral sources.
• Mixpanel: Tracks user navigation events, feature interactions, and conversion workflows inside the application to improve product performance. With your consent, Mixpanel may also record sessions (how you move through and interact with pages) so we can find and fix usability problems; recordings are used only by the Maanthan product team.

These non-essential performance cookies are disabled by default and execute only after you grant explicit prior consent via our website Cookie Banner in accordance with the DPDP Act, 2023.

We process personal data to build and manage Talent Passports, facilitate job matching, connect candidates with verified corporate employers, and maintain platform security.

• Direct Profile Invitation & Verification: Where a candidate profile is initially evaluated for career opportunities by an authorized recruitment consultant, Maanthan dispatches a direct transactional invitation email or SMS allowing the candidate to review, claim, and activate their Talent Passport via Mobile OTP.
• AI Match Scoring: Where Maanthan generates AI-assisted skill vectors or match scores, relevant profile information is processed to calculate job fit. Candidates can view their own AI career insights, while employers see aggregated skill match scores.
• Transactional Communications: We send essential service communications directly from Maanthan, such as profile invitation links, account verification alerts, Mobile OTP codes, and interview notifications. Optional newsletters or marketing alerts require separate opt-in consent.

• Default Visibility: Upon verifying your profile via Mobile OTP and accepting this Privacy Policy, your Talent Passport is set to Searchable by default on the Maanthan network.
• Private Mode Toggle: You can manage your profile visibility at any time in your account settings. Switching to Private Mode restricts recruiters from viewing your name and direct contact details until you grant permission.
• Application Disclosure: When you explicitly apply for a job posting, your full profile and resume are shared directly with that hiring employer.

Candidate profiles evaluated by our search partners are held in a private, non-public staging queue. These draft profiles remain locked and are 0% visible to external recruiters until:

• A direct invitation email/SMS containing a secure claim link is dispatched by Maanthan to the candidate.
• The candidate authenticates via Mobile OTP, accepts this Privacy Policy, and chooses to activate their profile.

Candidates who receive an invitation email directly from Maanthan and do not wish to join the platform may ignore the message, or click the embedded opt-out link to stop all further emails and choose to permanently delete their staged record. After deletion, we keep only the email address, marked do-not-contact, so we never contact them again.

We do not sell candidate personal data to third-party data brokers. Shared data is limited strictly to verified employers, the service providers that run the Platform on our behalf (listed below), and legal authorities where required by law.

All recruiters, employers, and sourcing consultants accessing candidate data are contractually bound via Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) to use it solely for legitimate hiring purposes and to prevent unauthorized local downloads, scraping, or bulk data extraction.

Service providers that process data on our behalf:

• DigitalOcean: Database hosting (United States) and resume/document file storage (Bangalore, India).
• Vercel: Website and application hosting.
• Resend: Delivery of our emails (invitations, verification, notifications). Emails may include open and click tracking so we know whether they reached you.
• OpenAI: Reads uploaded resumes to pre-fill your profile and generate AI suggestions. Files are processed for this purpose only and deleted from OpenAI right after.
• Google: Sign-in with Google, and Google Analytics (only with your consent).
• Mixpanel: Product analytics and session recordings (only with your consent).
• Sentry: Error monitoring, so we can detect and fix technical problems.

Some of these providers store or process data outside India, including in the United States, as permitted under the DPDP Act, 2023. Each is bound to use the data only to provide its service to Maanthan.
