These cookies are strictly required for the Platform to function securely and cannot be disabled in our systems. They are utilized to maintain your active login session, handle Mobile One-Time Password (OTP) verification tokens, manage secure OAuth authentication, enforce staging sandbox access controls, and store security identifiers.

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with Maanthan—such as which pages are visited most frequently, session durations, conversion funnels, and user navigation paths. This data is used in aggregate to improve platform performance and AI match scoring response times.

Maanthan utilizes the following third-party analytics providers:

• Google Analytics: Collects aggregated, anonymized metrics on site traffic, browser types, and referral sources (_ga, _gid cookies).
• Mixpanel: Tracks in-app user navigation events, feature interactions, and workflow conversions to optimize product performance.
• Mixpanel Session Recordings: With your consent, Mixpanel may also record how you move through and interact with pages (clicks, scrolls, and page views) so we can find and fix usability problems. Recordings are not anonymous, are used only by the Maanthan product team, and are never shared with employers.

DPDP Consent Status: Requires Prior Opt-In Consent. These cookies remain disabled by default and will execute only after you grant explicit permission via our website Cookie Banner.

Functional cookies allow the Platform to remember choices you make—such as your preferred display mode, language, or regional settings—so you do not have to re-enter them on each visit.

Certain essential features on Maanthan are supported by verified third-party infrastructure and analytics providers, including:

• Authentication: Google (OAuth) sets secure technical tokens when you choose to sign in with Google, subject to Google's privacy policy.
• Cloud Infrastructure: Vercel (website hosting) and DigitalOcean (database and file storage) run the Platform. They process data on our behalf but do not set advertising or tracking cookies.
• Analytics Providers: Google Analytics and Mixpanel process non-essential behavioral events only upon candidate/user consent.

Maanthan does not host third-party advertising tracking pixels, cross-site remarketing cookies, or data-broker trackers.

• Session Cookies: Temporary cookies that expire and automatically delete when you close your web browser.
• Persistent Cookies: Remain stored on your device for a set period (typically between 7 days and 12 months) to remember return preferences or maintain active login states (valid up to 30 days unless you explicitly log out).

You have full authority over your cookie preferences under the DPDP Act, 2023:

• Preference Manager: You can update or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Preferences" link in our website footer.
• Browser Controls: You may also block or delete cookies via your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge). Please note that blocking Essential Cookies will prevent you from authenticating via Mobile OTP or signing into your Talent Passport.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Maanthan currently does not alter its data practices in response to DNT signals, as there is no single standardized industry specification for DNT interpretation. We enforce explicit prior consent for all tracking under DPDP standards instead.
